The darsapp installation is done on our hosting. With a dedicated account for the school, not a shared account. It can be called 1 school 1 account to maintain privacy and security

Can the app be used for all levels?
Correct, the application can be used for all levels within 1 foundation
Does the application have an annual renewal?
Yes, there is an annual renewal for hosting and domain. The amount of renewal is adjusted to the wishes of the school whether using shared hosting or using VPS, of course, has a different cost.
What if the school already has its own hosting and domain?
The domain can use the one already available from the school, but the hosting still uses the new hosting
Are we provided with support services?
Sure. We provide regular support services using the member area that we have sent to use the support service. However, if you use the maintenance service, the service is handled more quickly using Whatsapp
Does the app get updates?
Yes. Darsapp’s R&D department will continue to conduct research for application development. And will be updated regularly, of course with the approval of the school
